The SunShineYoga.com Extra Thick and Extra Long Yoga Mat is 84" long and at a full 1/4'' thick, it is one of the thickest mats on the market. You may see other mats listed as 1/4 inch mats, but they are actually 4.0 - 5.2 mm in thickness -- noticeably thinner than our mat. Made of highly durable closed cell vinyl foam with embedded fabric mesh, the mat will perform at a high level for many years. Compared to a standard yoga mat (68" x 24" x 1/8") our Deluxe yoga mat is 16" longer and twice as thick.
