Returns & Refunds

We hope you love every product you receive from Sunshine Yoga. But if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

Return Policy

  • Unused and unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • If your order is incorrect or contains a defective item, please contact us right away.

  • Always contact us before sending a return to ensure fast and accurate processing.

How to Start a Return

  1. Use our Contact Us Form to request a return.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

Return Options

You have two options for returning your item:

Option 1: Use Your Own Shipping Provider

  • Ship the item to:

    Monroe, NC 28110

  • Include your order number, name, and address in the box or on the label.

Option 2: Use a FedEx Return Label from Us

  • We’ll email you a FedEx return label and inform you of the cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Drop off the package at a FedEx location or request a FedEx pickup (additional $4 per box applies).

  • Please remove or cover all old shipping labels before sending.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price minus any return shipping fees.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the refund, and note that your bank may take an additional few days to reflect the credit.
