Our Sunshine Yoga® Deluxe Rectangle Yoga Bolster measures 24"L x 6"H x 12"W and weighs 9 lbs. It is firm and offers excellent support. It is made of 100% cotton and has a removable cover that is easy to wash. It's a given when you do yoga that you need to have a yoga mat, but yoga bolsters will become a favorite prop once you have experienced how they benefit your workout. Also known as yoga cushions, bolsters provide much needed support during restorative yoga poses, meditation or prenatal yoga.

DELUXE FIRM YOGA BOLSTER
Aug 28th 2024I've been looking for cotton bolsters since Manduka switched to microsuede covers and squishy batting. Found these at my local athletic club and am so happy to have these for my personal practice as well as being able to offer them to my restorative yoga students. While they may be a little wide, it's a concession I'm willing to make given how firm and supportive they are.

Large bolster
Nov 13th 2024Perfect for restorative yoga! Great materials and sturdy. If your like me and wash covers, they are tough to get off and put back on. Would suggest getting pillowcases.

Great Bolster
Apr 5th 2024I am 5' 3" and this Bolster is perfect. It is firm but not hard. There are handles on each side which make it so much easier to carry to and from practice. The outside casing unzips so you can wash it. Great bolster.
