Made of highly durable foam with a textured, non-slip, sticky surface. These mats are free from phthalates, latex, and heavy metals.
Care Instructions: To clean your mat, wipe down with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar. Let it air dry before rolling it back up. Clean mat before first use to increase stickiness.

Feb 16th 2024Best Yoga Mat ever! I am a Yoga teacher, teaching for over20 years now. I love this mat, and I recommend it to my students. Especially those who are new or fairly new to Yoga. They see mine, I let them feel the thickness, and it's reversible! I usually buy about 6 of them, and they sell really fast. Some even buy one to keep on hand as an extra! We ordered this product for our yoga sessions that we do in the pre-season and off-season. These extra thick mats are perfects because our athletes are so long (tall). They have been durable enough to last for two teams with mutliple sessions a week.
