We thoroughly hope you enjoy each and every one of our products, but in the event you must make a return, here are our policies.
- Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery of the order.
- If there is a problem with your order or you received a defective product, please contact us immediately.
- It is important to contact us prior to your return to ensure fast and accurate processing of your refund or exchange.
To initiate a return:
- If you wish to request a return, please use our Contact Us Form to start your request.
- Please include as much information as possible including the order number and reason for the requested return.
- You do have two return options:
- You can ship the item back using your own provider at your own cost. Just be sure to include your order number, name and address in the box or on the label so we can properly credit your account. Our return address is 4824 Starcrest Drive, Monroe, NC 28110.
- We can e-mail you a FedEx return label for your use. We will let you know the cost of the return and that amount will be deducted from your refunded amount. Apply this label to your package ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered up. Drop off at your nearest FedEX location. If you would like us to arrange pick-up by Fed Ex, there will be a charge of $4 per box.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges but we accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and check them in, we will refund your purchase price, minus the cost of return shipping. You will receive an email acknowledging your return and refund.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Note it may take your bank up to a week after we issue the refund to reflect those funds in your account.
