We know you want your items fast!
- Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and National holidays.
- Most orders placed on a business day before 2 pm ET are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 pm ET on Friday, on weekends or holidays, will ship on the following business day.
- During our busier times, processing can take a little longer. All orders are shipped within 2 business days.
- A confirmation email is sent once your order is submitted.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation.
- We require a physical address for shipments - no PO Boxes.
- We currently only ship to the continental United States for online orders.
- We also can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and APOs but these orders are subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
- We use FedEx Ground and occasionally Fedex Smartpost (small orders).
- Unless specified, we determine the shipping method based on the most economically efficient shipping method for your package. (FedEx Ground does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please make sure a physical street address is listed in your ship to information.)
Shipping Time
Once the order is processed and shipped, FedEx Ground transit times are between 2-5 business days.

Our Warehouse
We ship most orders placed before 1 PM EST the same day via FEDEX GROUND from Charlotte, NC. Many of our bulk packs of mats (10 and 20 packs) and mat rolls are now available to ship both from Las Vegas and Charlotte, NC for even faster transit times to anywhere in the USA.
If you have a deadline for receipt of a bulk pack, please confirm that we have that product or color available in the closest warehouse. We don't always have stock of all bulk pack colors in both warehouses so it would ship from whatever warehouse has the product.
International Orders
We currently ship only to US.
Expedited Shipping
Although expedited shipping is not our usual practice, we understand that situations arise where expedited shipping may be necessary.
- Requests for expedited shipments must be submitted by 1:00PM ET in order for your order to be processed and additionally billed.
- We will make our best effort to get out all express shipments but cannot guarantee shipment.
- We reserve the right to charge up to an additional 10% expedite fee for all expedited shipments.
- Any requests received after 1:00PM ET will be sent via our regular shipping method or taken care of as soon as possible.
